Lets Celebrate! Oh wait, we have to work, trying to think the final touch to your project, maybe have a dinner date, or going to see a movie later? It would be great it we always had the time for an afternoon siesta but that’s not always the case. Often times we find ourselves, I do especially, reaching for some afternoon caffeine or anything with sugar. Instead we should try taking on a better practice than the quick easy vicious cycle we have all fallen in to should stop.
A lot of food can be source of energy but they are all necessarily created equal. The key is foods that convert food into energy by being metabolism boosting foods. These are comprised of such nutrients as Omega-3 and B-complex vitamins such as nuts, fish, eggs, and potatoes. Creating a little bit more a nutritiouslifestyle with a healthy snack can give us that afternoon burst we need.
