Earth Day – What are you doing?
The first Earth Day took place on April 22, 1970 – today is the 43rd Earth Day! It’s a day that encourages a large part of the world to analyze how we affect our environment. Multiple groundbreaking environmental laws have gone into effect since the 70’s, but what are you doing?
Neon was the founding father of the sign industry. Now LED lighting is brightening the night. If you are not familiar with LED, it has replaced the common light bulb in many applications because of long life and efficiency. Along with switching to LED lighting, one of Howard Industries’ most-used consumables is aluminum. Although aluminum is a very abundant resource, it is important that we are not wasteful.
