Here at Howard Industries we manufacture architectural interior and exterior signage systems using our durable aluminum extrusions. Some benefits of an aluminum sign are highlighted below:

Lightweight:  Aluminum is roughly one third the weight of steel, copper, or brass, making aluminum signs easier to construct, handle, and install. An additional benefit of this attribute is a reduction in shipping costs as well.

Strong: Aluminum extrusions can be made as strong as needed for most applications. Due to the nature of the extruding process, the strength can be concentrated where it is really needed by including varying wall thicknesses and internal reinforcement in the profile design. Our sign extrusions are engineered and designed around structural signage requirements by utilizing these techniques. Signs erected in colder climates benefit even further as a result of aluminum becoming stronger as temperatures drop.

Non-corrosive:  Due to aluminum’s own naturally occurring oxide, aluminum signage will never rust; leaving signs looking beautiful in the field for years to come.

Accepts Finishes:  Aluminum signs can be finished with a variety of common techniques; including liquid paint, powder coating, and anodizing.

Sustainable:  Aluminum as we all know has a high scrap value and can be recycled infinitely with no degradation in properties leaving a smaller carbon foot print.
